متى وكيف تُسترد المبالغ.When and how money is refunded.
- قبل بدء العمل: استرداد كامل الدفعة المقدّمة ناقص رسوم الشبكة.
- بعد تسليم المسودة الأولى: لا تُسترد الدفعة المقدّمة.
- إذا تأخرنا عن موعد التسليم أكثر من 7 أيام دون اتفاق: يحق لك استرداد 50% من المدفوع.
- تُرد المبالغ بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7 أيام عمل.
- Before work starts: full refund of the deposit minus network fees.
- After the first draft is delivered: the deposit is non-refundable.
- If we miss the delivery date by more than 7 days without agreement: you may claim 50% of what you paid.
- Refunds are made by the original payment method within 7 working days.
